Hi! I'm Dana

I help women step into their power and reconnect with their natural rhythm through hormone-supportive meals and an intentional, step-by-step nourishment framework.

I bring both science and real-life understanding. I’ve worked with hundreds of women over the last 5 years who were tired, inflamed, or out of sync, and watched them return to clarity, calm, and flow with simple, intentional shifts.

My mission is to restore harmony: between food and biology, between energy and lifestyle, between the woman you are and the woman you’re becoming. Nourishment should feel personal, consistent, and deeply supportive.
